My Rapid Research Approach:

Week

1

Study Planning

The research process initiates with a collaborative kickoff meeting, where goals and target user groups are defined. Following this, a detailed research plan is created, often utilizing remote in-depth interviews to capture nuanced user behaviors, guided by carefully crafted interview scripts. Concurrently, a dedicated recruitment team identifies and schedules participants aligned with the target demographics.

Week

2

Fielding

The core of the research involves conducting remote, hour-long in-depth interviews, fostering rapport and capturing user interactions. Concurrent analysis of incoming data allows for the identification of key themes and pain points, informing subsequent interviews. Continuous collaboration with the project team ensures real-time integration of user insights into design and product decisions.

Week

3

Analysis & Report

The final phase involves a comprehensive data analysis, consolidating interview transcripts and recordings to extract key user pain points and unmet needs. This analysis translates into actionable recommendations for design and product strategy, presented in a concise report. A formal presentation of these findings to the project team drives informed decision-making, ensuring user needs are prioritized throughout the design process.
