This project focused on validating and optimizing the integration of AI features within a workspace environment. Through iterative concept testing, we aimed to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience, maximizing the value of AI-powered tools.

1:1 Remote In-Depth Interviews (IDIs):
Facilitated and analyzed 70+ remote interviews to understand user perceptions, needs, and pain points related to AI integration.

Usability Testing:
Employed task-based usability testing to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of AI-powered workflows.

My Impact on Gemini
To validate and optimize the integration of AI features within the workspace, iterative concept testing was conducted. The findings from each iteration were detailed in comprehensive research reports, while usability testing reports highlighted key usability issues and actionable recommendations for a seamless user experience. A prioritized list of design recommendations, categorized by impact and feasibility, was created to maximize the value of AI-powered tools. Finally, a documented list of new research questions was compiled to inform future research and ensure continuous improvement of the AI integration.
